This manual is prepared in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) and sets out how to request access to records held by ENRYOC (Pty) Ltd.

6. RECORDS AVAILABLE WITHOUT REQUEST
Certain records may be made available on the ENRYOC website or upon request without formal PAIA procedures, subject to reasonable conditions.

7. REQUEST PROCEDURE
Requests for access to records must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer.
A request must include:
* full name and contact details of the requester;
* sufficient detail of the record requested;
* the form of access required;
* the reason for the request (where applicable);
* proof of identity.

ENRYOC may require completion of the prescribed PAIA request form.

8. FEES
Fees may be payable in accordance with PAIA regulations.
These may include:

* reproduction fees.

9. GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL OF ACCESS
Access to records may be refused where permitted by PAIA, including:
* protection of personal privacy;

* security and safety considerations.

10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA.

If a request is denied, the requester may:
